JCPenney has two November portrait specials going on right now. As always, they are the most affordable place around for portraits, easy to schedule and always good.
November Special #1 - Free sitting fee/ Free 8x10 photo / Free digital upload to your computer (low resolution).
With this special I had to double check with the manager to make sure I was reading it right. Yup, I was!!
November Special #2 - One 8x10, two 5x7's, four 3.5x5's and eight wallets - all for $8. That's ony $2 a sheet - half price from the normal $4.
**Sitting fee is an additional $9.99 per person but FREE if you have a Portrait Membership.
